Ingredients

  • 2 cups Epsom salts
  • 8 drops pure lavender essential oil
  • 6 drops mint essential oil
  • 2 drips eucalyptus essential oil
  • 2 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried comfrey root powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon dried bergamot petals

Steps

  1. Fill your container of choice about halfway with the Epsom salts
  2. Add the essential oils, put on the lid, and shake
  3. Add the comfrey and dried herbs, put on the lid, and shake
  4. Add more Epsom salts to fill the jar, put on the lid, and shake
  5. Add this mixture to your foot bath with hot water
